About the House
Experience a breathtaking sunset from the balcony while sipping away a sundowner.
Enjoy many activities such as hiking, birdwatching and mountain biking (before five in the afternoon.)
The main camp also provides tennis courts and a large swimming pool. You will also find the
splash pool at Fish Eagle Nest to be an oasis on a very warm summer day.
The house is fully equipped and can accommodate 8 people with 2 double wildlife bedrooms, two bathrooms
and 2 sleeper couches with cupboards upstairs.
There is also an upstairs sitting room leading to the balcony, where one can enjoy a selection of
wildlife reading material.
There are a few recommendable restaurants nearby as well as a grocery shop with basic necessities, a
petrol station and a hardware shop.
Important Information
This is a malaria area, and although equipped with mosquito nets, one should take extra precautions. Ask a pharmacist to assist you with the best advice. It is safe to explore by foot during the day but be home by 5 at night. Keep children in sight and never let them wander off alone. Be sure to bring along a pair of binoculars, as there will always be something interesting to investigate.
